France captain Thierry Dusautoir is set to miss the Six Nations after reportedly tearing a tendon in his bicep.
Dusautoir sustained the injury during Toulouse's 16-6 win over Zebre on Saturday but played the full match. RMC Sport claims Dusautoir is now likely to be out for between three to four months and has sustained an injury similar to Luke McAlister who suffered the knock in October and is yet to return to the field.
With Dusautoir likely to be out of the Championship, Pascal Pape is favourite to take on the captaincy.
