Winger Jonny May has been passed fit to play in Saturday's Six Nations game against Scotland despite breaking his nose in the 26-24 defeat by France at the weekend.

May, who was injured six minutes into the game, was assessed on Monday with a scan showing an "undisplaced fracture".

Northampton lock Courtney Lawes bruised a cheekbone but is also available for selection at Murrayfield.

Gloucester's Freddie Burns also returns to the senior squad after two games for the Saxons, while Stephen Myler (Northampton Saints), Rob Webber (Bath Rugby) and Richard Wigglesworth (Saracens) return to their Premiership clubs.
