France coach Philippe Saint-Andre has made seven changes to the team ahead of their match against Scotland on Saturday.
With Wesley Fofana, Yannick Nyanga and Dmitri Szarzewski all injured, Maxime Mermoz Sébastian Vahaamahina and Brice Mach all start. Louis Picamoles has been dropped for sarcastically applauding referee Alain Rolland during France's heavy loss to Wales in the last round so Damien Chouly gets the nod at No.8.
And Saint-Andre has also opted to drop three players with Wenceslas Lauret, Jean-Marc Doussain and Hugo Bonneval all discarded with Alexandre Lapandry getting the nod at openside, Maxime Machenaud handed the scrum-half shirt and Maxime Medard named on the wing.
France are currently two from three in the 2014 Six Nations and will hope to keep their title dreams alive with a win over Scotland on Saturday.
