Italy will be without Martin Castrogiovanni for Saturday's Six Nations clash against England in Rome.

Castrogiovanni was forced off in the opening exchanges of last weekend's game against Ireland and he has failed to regain full fitness. But in better news for Italy, Sergio Parisse returns and starts at No.8.

Lorenzo Cittadini starts at tight-head in place of Castrogiovanni with Matias Aguero replacing Alberto de Marchi. Italy boss Jacques Brunel has opted against making any changes to the back line with Luciano Orquera and Tito Tebaldi continuing at half-back.

Italy:

Luke McLean, Angelo Esposito, Michele Campagnaro, Gonzalo Garcia, Leonardo Sarto, Luciano Orquera, Tito Tebaldi; Matias Aguero, Leonardo Ghiraldini, Lorenzo Cittadini, Quintin Geldenhuys, Marco Bortolami, Joshua Furno, Robert Barbieri, Sergio Parisse (captain)

Replacements: Davide Giazzon, Michele Rizzo, Alberto de Marchi, George Fabio Biagi, Paul Derbyshire, Edoardo Gori, Tommaso Allan, Andrea Masi
