Gajan returns as Toulouse coach

TOULOUSE, France, July 12 (AFP) - Christian Gajan has been appointed coach of top French rugby union side Toulouse, the club confirmed Wednesday.

He replaces Daniel Santamans, with Guy Noves appointed coaching supervisor of the club which was recently eliminated in the semi-finals of the French championships by Stade Francais.

Gajan previously spent three seasons coaching Toulouse after leading their junior side to three French titles. He also coached French team Castres, before heading for a stint with Italian side Treviso.
