Jean de Villiers and CJ van der Linde will boost the Stormers for next season's Super 15 after agreeing to contracts in Cape Town.

Both players have returned to South Africa after spells in Ireland, de Villiers with Munster and van der Linde with Leinster. De Villiers is currently with the Springboks for their Test against France but has signed for the remainder of the 2010 season with Western Province, while van der Linde will play this season's Currie Cup with the Cheetahs before heading to Newlands.

Senior coach Rassie Erasmus also confirmed that fly-half Peter Grant had been given permission to see out the rest of 2010 in Japan after missing out on Springbok selection. Grant will return to South Africa in January 2011 to play for the Stormers in the Super 15.

Fijian wing Sireli Naqelevuki is pursuing contracts in Europe after coming to the end of his spell while fullback Joe Pietersen is seeking early release after agreeing a deal to play for Top 14 side Bayonne.
