Lee to lead Counties in New Zealand's NPC

Counties coach Andrew Talaimanu has announed that scrum half Danny Lee will captain his side in the NPC which begins on August 11.

Lee succeeds flanker Glen Marsh and the squad's major omission is Marsh's brother Tony, who has signed a new contract with French club Montferrand.

The full squad is :
Backs : David Wood, Joeli Vidiri, Salesi Moimoi, Tamaha McDonald, Phil Lewis, Danny Lee (captain),George Leaupepe, Blair Feeney, Peter Epati, Loki Crichton.

Forwards : Koula Tukino, Mark Todd,George Stowers, Dave Stewart, Kristian Ormsby, Alan McLean, Glen Marsh,Hare Makiri, Ramon Lyndsay, Hona Kingi, Dion Kingi, Grant Henson, John Akurangi.
