Dwyer promises further improvements
March 7, 2001

Waratahs coach Bob Dwyer believes his side can still improve despite back to back opening victories in this year's Super 12 competition.

Speaking in the Daily Telegraph he said, "We haven't played away from home yet, still, if we can get six wins and a few bonus points, who knows? It might be enough to make the playoffs."

Commenting on the players' own assessment of their performances he said, "They mark themselves pretty hard as they look for ways to improve. I'm impressed with that."

Looking at areas where improvement can be made he pointed out, "Ball skills, ball retention, general skill levels and appraisal of opportunity."

And ahead of this weekend's clash with the Bulls, "It will be a very physical encounter," predicts Dwyer.
