Former France scrum-half Pierre Mignoni will call time on his career at the end of the season.

The 33-year-old is currently enjoying his third spell with hometown club Toulon, having rejoined them from Top 14 heavyweights Clermont Auvergne last season. During a long career he also spent time with Dax and Beziers.

At international level he won 28 caps, helping Les Bleus to a Six Nations Grand Slam in 2002. He played in two Rugby World Cups and made his final Test appearance in the bronze medal match against Argentina in 2007.

Mignoni is hoping to see out his career with victory in the French Championship, while he has not ruled out the possibility of taking up a coaching position with Toulon next season.
