The Chiefs are close to rounding out their 2015 Super Rugby squad after signing two new forwards. Prop Siate Tokolahi from Canterbury has signed for two seasons, while Hawke's Bay lock Michael Allardice has a one-year contract.

Tonga-born Tokolahi, 22, can play both sides of the scrum.

He was part of the Crusaders development squad last year, and made his first-class debut for Canterbury in their ITM Cup match against Auckland in August. Allardice, who turns 23 this weekend, is a former New Zealand Schools and New Zealand Universities representative.

He made his ITM Cup debut for Hawke's Bay in 2013, and has played every game for the Magpies this season.
