London Irish fullback Tom Homer will leave the club at the end of the season.

Homer, who has been linked with a move to Bath, has been at London Irish since July 2008 and has since made 110 appearances and scored 780 points. London Irish have bolstered their squad with Sean Maitland this week and Bob Casey, their operations director, paid tribute to Homer.

"We did everything in our power to persuade Tom to stay at the club, however, he feels that his future is elsewhere," Casey said. "We would like to thank him for his contribution to London Irish and wish him all the best for the future."
