Kelly Haimona starts at fly-half for Italy with Carlo Canna missing out through injury as Jacques Brunel makes four changes for Saturday's Six Nations clash against Scotland in Rome.

Edoardo Padovani will provide back up to Haimona, who started four games in last year's Six Nations, with Canna not even making the matchday squad.
