The National Stadium is a multi-use stadium in the Fijian capital of Suva. With a capacity of 20,000, the ground played host to its first international on 30 August 1979 when the hosts crushed Papua New Guinea 86-0.
Most recently Fiji beat Samoa 21-15 in their Rugby World Cup qualifier on 30 July 2005. The stadium has also hosted many touring sides with Wales, Scotland, France and the United States visitors in recent memory.
The stadium is also home to Suva Football Club.
