Romain Millo-Chluski is a doubt for France's Six Nations campaign after picking up a calf injury. The Toulouse lock suffered a calf tear during his side's 31-3 Top 14 loss to Stade Francais at the Stade de France on Saturday. The 27-year-old has won 16 caps for Les Bleus and made his most recent Test appearance in their disastrous 59-16 loss to Australia in November. "Romain Millo-Chluski's injury is a tear," Toulouse coach Guy Noves said. "This new tear is annoying for the player, and I do not think he will participate in the [Six Nations] tournament."
