London Irish have secured Canadian international Jebb Sinclair on a new one-year deal.

The 25-year-old can cover the second-row and the back-row and has made seven appearances for the Exiles this season - predominantly at No.8. He has missed parts of the season due to World Cup duty and a thumb injury but Sinclair is now relishing the chance to complete this season and get a full pre-season campaign under his belt.

"Unfortunately my playing time has been limited this season due to international commitments and injury," Sinclair said. "However, there is a great togetherness around the squad and I enjoy playing and training with the guys. I'm really looking forward to next season and a chance to get a full pre-season under my belt."

London Irish head coach Toby Booth added: "Jebb has bought plenty of physicality to our pack and his work rate around the park is of a high standard. He offers another lineout option and is a strong ball carrier."
