Australia head coach Robbie Deans admitted the wolves would be at his door following the Wallabies' 22-0 defeat to the All Blacks at Eden Park.

Fly-half Dan Carter kicked five penalties and a conversion while Israel Dagg scored the game's only try as the All Blacks claimed back-to-back wins over Australia in the Rugby Championship, retained the Bledisloe Cup and nilled the Wallabies for the first time since 1962.

Asked if there ''would be now more wolves at your door in Australia?'' He said: ''No doubt. We're not the No.1 side in the world, and it's pretty evident who is.''

Deans added: "It's not about me. It's about the team and what we do," he said. "We are at the front end of the Rugby Championship, and we now reset our sights on South Africa and Argentina. It [his future] is the last thing on my mind at the moment. It's about the team. We have to now pick it up and carry on.

''It was an outstanding performance by the All Blacks. They gave a masterclass in rugby. I don't think any side in the world would have stayed with them tonight, including ourselves, obviously. The All Blacks are relentless, so well-conditioned, and no matter which channel you go down they're at you. To give it credit to our group, it was remarkable that we only leaked one try."

Captain Will Genia added: "We got touched up. We got taught lessons in many facets of the game," Genia said. "We weren't clinical enough. You've got to give them credit. They put pressure on you and forced us into making mistakes."

The All Blacks' victorious skipper Richie McCaw highlighted his side's defensive display in nilling the Wallabies and hinted the Kiwis would be expecting further improvements as they continued their pursuit of the inaugural Rugby Championship title.

"It was not perfect, but we'll take it," McCaw said. "(We've got) the Bledisloe Cup for another year. I'm very proud with the way the guys did their work. I thought we showed what we were made of when we didn't have the ball."

"With guys like Will and Quade, they are top footballers. If you allow them room they can be pretty dangerous. You got to have good mindset, get up and knock them over. I thought there was a period there were we defended our line well and got the turnovers. I think you get into trouble if you attempt to create turnovers from nothing."
