The Brumbies have responded to the All Blacks' special training video - and it doesn't make for pretty viewing for Australian fans.

First there was the series of NFL Fantasy Football ads showing acts of unbelievable skill. Roger Federer has been involved in a similar piece of viral marketing for a sponsor.

New Zealand rugby stars Piri Weepu, Cory Jane and Rene Ranger then appeared in a promo for Sky New Zealand's Rugby Channel performing similar too-good-to-be-true feats of passing, kicking and catching trickery to their American counterparts.

Now Super Rugby's Brumbies have replicated the All Blacks video to promote their season memberships - only without the assistance of slick special effects. While Josh Valentine, Adam Ashley-Cooper and Tyrone Smith do a good job of imitating the All Blacks' dialogue, they don't quite match their skills execution in a light-hearted take on the video that took YouTube by storm.

In one positive sign that Australia is closing the gap on their Bledisloe rivals, Brumbies and Wallabies star Ashley-Cooper goes agonisingly close to replicating Jane's magical kicking feats, knocking over a bin target with his right-footed effort and bouncing his left-foot shot just wide.
