Irish referee Alain Rolland will take charge of Wales' World Cup semi-final clash with France at Eden Park on Saturday.

Rolland will be joined by assistant referees Jonathan Kaplan (South Africa) and Wayne Barnes (England). Meanwhile South Africa's Craig Joubert will referee the second semi-final between Australia and New Zealand at the same venue the following day.

Wales' Nigel Owens and France's Romain Poite will be the assistant referees for the second semi-final.

The appointments were made by the International Rugby Board's match official selection committee following a review of the quarter-final.
