Andy Murray's clash with Donald Young has been delayed once again by rain at Flushing Meadows.

The entire schedule on Day Nine of the US Open was washed out on Tuesday by a deluge of rain.

The weather led to a reshuffle of play for Day 10, with Murray's clash with Young switched from Arthur Ashes Stadium to Grandstand, but the British No. 1 will have to kick his heels as the day's play has been delayed by a downpour.

The forecast is for breaks in the weather, which officials will hope will be sizeable windows in order to make up for lost time, but more rain will in all probability see the final grand slam of the year pushed into a third week once again.
