Djokovic on course for third Miami crown

World No. 1 and defending champion Novak Djokovic surged into the fourth round of the Sony Ericsson Open after completing an 11th straight victory over fellow Serb Viktor Troicki.
Prior to the contest, two-time Miami winner Djokovic had beaten Troicki ten times in a row since losing in their very first meeting in 2007. And another success appeared on the cards right from the off as Djokovic broke his opponent at the first attempt, though Troicki did force the top seed to save five break points in the opening set.
Troicki finally found a way through in the second set but was broken twice himself as Djokovic advanced to the last 16 in an hour and 25 minutes.
Eighth seed Mardy Fish enjoyed a routine victory over No. 28 seed Kevin Anderson. The American was impressive on serve, winning 70 per cent of the points, en route to a comfortable 6-4 6-3 win. Last year's semi-finalist will play Nicolas Almagro, who defeated fellow Spaniard Fernando Verdasco 6-3 6-4.
Fifth seed David Ferrer, looking to better his two semi-final appearances, saw off Julien Benneteau in straight sets, while Richard Gasquet was pushed hard before downing Albert Ramos 6-2 5-7 6-3.
