Robson pulls out of Rogers Cup
Laura Robson has withdrawn from her opening match at the Rogers Cup after suffering a wrist injury.
The British No. 1 was set to face Belgian Yanina Wickmayer in Toronto on Monday, but was forced to pull out shortly before the match was due to start.
Lucky loser Bethanie Mattek-Sands replaced Robson in the draw.
After making the last 16 at Wimbledon, Robson, ranked 32 in the world, will look to regain full fitness before the US Open, which gets under way on August 26.
