Novak Djokovic has hinted that his wedding to fiancée and long-term partner Jelena Ristic will be happening soon, joking that his girlfriend will be changing her surname in the very near future.

Djokovic, who was beaten by eventual-champion Stanislas Wawrinka at the Australian Open last month, proposed to Ristic after losing to Rafael Nadal in last year's US Open final.

And the world No. 2 has dropped a hint by saying that the couple's special day could be happening sooner rather than later.

"Jelena, enjoy it while you can. In a couple of months you will be changing your last name to Djokovic," Djokovic said while appearing on a Serbian talk show alongside Ristic, who takes care and manages the Novak Djokovic Foundation.
