Jamie Murray and his Australian partner John Peers beat British duo Ross Hutchins and Colin Fleming to claim the BMW Open doubles title in Munich.

Murray and Peers prevailed 6-4 6-2 against Fleming and Hutchins in the British-dominated final, taking just 66 minutes to claim their fourth ATP World Tour team title.

Murray and Peers also earned 250 ATP doubles ranking points and are expected to move considerably higher than their pre-tournament ranking of 24th when the revisions are released on Monday.

The pair are aiming to earn a place at the ATP World Tour Finals, which take place in London in November. They will also split the €23,500 top prize for their Munich triumph.
