Heather Watson will play at Wimbledon after the British No.3 was handed the last spot the women's main draw.

The world No.112 sat precariously on the cut-off point when the entry lists were published on Friday but is included in the main draw alongside fellow Brit Johanna Konta.

Watson, who recently spent two months on the sidelines with a shoulder injury, reached the Prague Open semi-final on Friday following a good run of form at the WTA's Challenge Tour event. She beat world No.31 Klara Koukalova in the first round.

British No.1 Laura Robson will miss Wimbledon as she continues her recovery from a recent wrist injury.

Defending champion Andy Murray is the only Brit to be included in the men's singles draw, but Dan Evans and James Ward are both expected to receive wild card entries when they are announced in the week beginning June 9.
