Federer has 'lost a little bit' - Murray

Andy Murray believes Roger Federer has lost his invincibility but insists that the former world No. 1 is still a force to be reckoned with.
Murray beat Federer 7-5 7-5 in the final of the Rogers Cup in Toronto to claim his first title of 2010. Although Murray has now beaten the Swiss seven times in 12 meetings, it was his first win over the Swiss since March 2009, and he believes Federer has lost his edge.
"He's always very tough to beat," Murray said in The Guardian. "It's just that, because of how good he was in every tournament three or four years ago - and it's very difficult to be that consistent throughout your whole career ... it's normal that he's lost a little bit the last few years."
But despite the fact that Federer has lost his world No. 1 ranking to Rafael Nadal and failing to reach the semi-finals at the French Open and Wimbledon, Murray is under no illusions of the threat that the 16-time Grand Slam champion poses.
"He's still been playing very, very well in Grand Slams," Murray said. "I'm sure that's what his goals are for the year; to make sure he plays his best there."
Murray will look to extend his unbeaten run when he kicks off his Cincinnati campaign against Jeremy Chardy on Wednesday.
