Rafael Nadal will go head-to-head with rival Roger Federer twice in two days after the pair announced a charity double-header.

After only three matches between the pair in the last two seasons, the world's top two players will go head-to-head for charity in Zurich on December 21.

They will then fly to Madrid, where they will play the following day for Nadal's charity foundation.

"We wanted to take advantage of our head-to-head rivalry over recent years ... and help people who need it," Nadal said.

Nadal, who plays at the Paris Masters before ending the season at the ATP World Tour Finals in London, admitted he is feeling some fatigue.
