Usain Bolt insists he is "100 percent" after returning to training following an injury.

The double world and Olympic sprint champion has been out of action for ten weeks with an Achilles injury.

Bolt has not raced since his 100m defeat to Tyson Gay in Stockholm on August 6, but is delighted to be back training and his sights set on the World Atheltics Championships in South Korea next summer.

"Training has started and the good news is that I am 100 percent healthy and am completely over my back and Achilles problems from the summer," Bolt wrote on his online diary.

"For the first time in my career I was looking forward to getting back into training before my end-of-season break was over. I am looking forward to defending my 100 and 200 metres titles at the 2011 IAAF World Championships in Korea and so I know the importance of putting in the work required."
