Fresh injury fears over Nadal after Paris withdrawal

World No. 1 Rafael Nadal has been forced to withdraw from next week's Paris Masters, casting doubt over his participation in the season-ending ATP World Tour Finals.
The Spaniard's withdrawal has prompted fears that his injury woes could have returned - although he has not specified the problem that has caused him to pull out.
Nadal has struggled with knee injuries in recent years, but he appeared to have put his troubles behind him as he won three of the four grand slams in 2010.
He has not played since the Shanghai Masters, where he lost in the third round to Jurgen Melzer on October 14.
