Novak Djokovic has fired a chilling warning to his rivals by insisting he has improvements to make in his game.

Djokovic is unbeaten in 2011 and breezed into the third round of the French Open when Victory Hanescus retired when two sets down,

The Serb will meet Juan Martin Del Potro in round three and is aware of the test that faces him, but feels he has untapped potential to draw on.

"It has been the best six months of my career, but I am only 24 and hopefully have more to come," he said.

"I keep on thinking only about winning one match at a time. I am not thinking about when this streak - this amazing streak - will end, and that I think is the right mental approach."

Looking ahead to his clash with Del Potro, Djokovic said: "It's a big challenge for both of us. He's a fantastic player who always deserved to be in the top five in the world, and I'm sure he's going to come back very quickly there, because he has amazing groundstrokes and a big serve."
