Andy Murray is in danger of being short of 100% fitness for his Wimbledon semi-final showdown with Rafael Nadal, having picked up a hip problem.

Following his straight-sets dismissal of Feliciano Lopez in the quarters on Wednesday, Murray revealed that he will be undergoing treatment on the problem area.

Nadal has already had to deal with injury concerns, picking up a foot complaint in his fourth-round match with Juan Martin del Potro. MRI scans showed no serious issue, and Nadal's movement did not look inhibited during his last-eight win over Mardy Fish.

"I'm a little bit sore at the top of my hip, but I'm still moving OK," Murray said. "I'll have a better idea of how it is in the morning [on Thursday]."

Although Nadal has won 11 of his 15 matches against Murray - including in the Wimbledon semis last year - the Brit remains optimistic over his chances of victory. Murray doesn't have to look too far back for his last semi-final win over the world No. 1, having beaten Nadal at the Rogers Cup last August.

"I believe I can win against him," Murray. "I had chances last year, I was up a break in the third set, had set point on my serve in the second. We both played good tennis but I just have to have a better gameplan. Sometimes it comes down to strategy, sometimes to experience - I just have to go out there and believe."
