Narbonne have brought in Jerry Collins as an injury joker to help boost their ailing season.

Collins links up with Rocky Elsom as they try to get themselves off the foot of the PRO D2. Collins, who won 48 caps for the All Blacks, has experience of French rugby having previously played for Toulon.

The Narbonne president Anthony Hill welcomed Collins to the club, saying: "We looked for a hard back-row. From near and far, the best forward on the market at that time of the year is Jerry and the fact that he signs with us is a great boost for the team."
