It appears someone forgot to tell England celebrity player Jamie Laing not to run at opposition lock Brad Thorn during a charity match at Twickenham on Friday. In the match rasing funds for Rugby Aid for Heroes, an organisation that aids military personnel returning to civilian life, the Made from Chelsea star attempted to skirt around the imposing former All Black, but instead found himself taking a massive hit and clutching broken ribs.

While Thorn was sent from the field for the incident, Laing remained on the field and played on despite the injured ribs, showing that despite it being a charity match, you should always avoid Brad Thorn.
