The Queensland Reds have announced several late changes for their match against the NSW Waratahs in Brisbane. James Horwill has been ruled out of tonight's match with back spasms, with Marco Kotze being named as his replacement.

While James O'Connor has been moved into fullback with Nick Frisby moving into the fly-half role. Late Turner has now been moved onto the wing, Chris Feauai-Sautia moved to outside centre and Ben Tapaui pushed to the bench.
