Alex Caceres will now fight Jim Hettes on the undercard at UFC Live 5, after Leonard Garcia was forced to withdraw through injury.

Garcia's injury was not disclosed by UFC president Dana White on Tuesday, as he announced the change to the featherweight contest.

"Leonard Garcia is out with an injury, so newly signed prospect Jim Hettes is taking his place vs. Alex 'Bruce Leroy' Caceres on August 14 in Milwaukee," White said.

"Hettes is undefeated as a pro and has finished all opponents by submission. Caceres has also never gone the distance. Both fighters have verbally agreed to the bout."

Hettes, who will be making his official UFC debut, has not tasted defeat in eight previous bouts in MMA. The 24-year-old is known primarily for his judo and Brazilian jiu-jitsu skills - with all eight of his professional wins (and four in the amateur ranks) coming via submission.

Caceres, a former contender on TUF 12, could be fighting for his future in the UFC after losing on his debut to Mackens Semerzier at UFC Fight Night 24. Losing TUF contestants are usually handed only one chance to impress in the UFC, but Caceres' popularity has seen him handed a second opportunity.

UFC Live 5 takes place in Milwaukee at the Bradley Center on August 14.
