Quinton Rampage Jackson has labelled Jon Jones a cheat who has "Bambi legs", and he insists the UFC light-heavyweight has nothing to surprise him with at UFC 135.

Jackson admits he expects Jones to become the future of the 205lb division, but he fiercely resents the widespread belief that Jones will give him a lesson on September 24. As a former UFC champion himself, Rampage holds victories over the likes of Chuck Liddell, Wanderlei Silva and Lyoto Machida, all genuine world class opponents.

However, he faces a rival in Jones who is seemingly stronger, faster, more technical and more rounded than Jackson. Through using spinning elbows to puncture the likes of Stephen Bonnar and Mauricio Shogun Rua, Jones has become a fans' favourite, but Jackson isn't worried because he now knows it's coming.

"Jon Jones does unpredictable things but, really, we've seen it now bro, so it is not unpredictable anymore," he wrote in his blog for Yahoo Sports. "We've seen the spinning elbow four or five times. We've all seen it.

"Maybe Jon Jones is going to get me with some knees - I expect that, it is a fight - but I am gonna get him with my hands, too. You look at those Bambi legs and wonder what happens when I hit him."

Jackson has had plenty to say about Jones in the build-up to their collision, telling the champion he has no power and accusing him of employing a spy. However, Rampage does concede Jones will become the face of the light-heavyweight division.

"I know he's got some great skills and honestly I am impressed how fast he's learned - he is the future of the division in my opinion, but I am the present. Rampage is the present of the UFC light-heavyweight division."
