'Sonnen will need more than one testicle' - Bisping

Michael Bisping has mocked Chael Sonnen's medical condition ahead of their fight in Chicago this weekend and predicted the only way the American will win is through lay-and-pray tactics.

Sonnen has a well-known case of hypogonadism, causing him to produce low levels of testosterone. It is part of the reason why a storm was caused when he admitted to abnormal levels of testosterone going into his title fight with Anderson Silva.

Ahead of his fight with Bisping, Sonnen has been referring to himself as the best in the world, something the Brit mocked during an appearance on Inside MMA.

"Okay. One. Let's start with the obvious. He's not the middleweight champion. He's been beaten many, many times," Bisping stated. "He's been submitted more times than I care to mention.

"The last time he lost a fight by submission, there were some issues involving performance enhancing drugs. I don't know what the deal is. Apparently, he has one testicle. One testicle! This is why he uses performance enhancing drugs. He's going to need more than one little ball to fight me next weekend!

"He's gonna try and take me down, lay on top of me and smother me to death. Me, on the other hand, I will be arriving to fight this guy. I'm going look to knock him out.

"People say I haven't been fighting the top guys. Well here we are. This is the number two guy and I jumped at it."
