Munoz, Sanchez, Gustafsson & Alves heading to the UK

It was confirmed today that another star-studded batch of UFC and MMA stars have been added to The MMA Show Live being held on May 12th and 13th at The NEC in Birmingham, with Mark Munoz, Alexander Gustafsson and Thiago Alves just three of the names freshly added to the event.

A total of 17 new fighters have been added to the glittering array of names in attendance, with Diego Sanchez, Matt Mitrione and Chris Leben among those joining Munoz, Gustafsson and Alves in Birmingham. Also signed up for the event are Phil DeFries, Vaughan Lee, Alessio Sakara, John Maguire, Neil Grove, Rob Sinclair, Marloes Coenen, Sergei Kharitonov plus world renowned coaches Jon Chaimberg, Martin De Jong and Kenny Johnson.

They join a star studded lineup that includes the likes of Dan Henderson, Rashad Evans, Michael Bisping and Jake Shields, giving fans access to more top level UFC and MMA talent than any MMA show of its kind ever to be held in Europe.

Liam Fisher, the organiser of The MMA Show Live said: "It is beyond a dream to see so many top level MMA fighters, personalities and coaches all at one show in the UK. And it doesn't end there! On Tuesday, we will be announcing the final two names for the show - a current UFC champion and a former UFC champion. It doesn't get any better than this!"

The final two fighters for The MMA Show Live roster will be announced exclusively through their official facebook page at www.facebook.com/themmashowlive on Tuesday March 24th at 6pm.

The MMA Show Live will take place at the NEC in Birmingham and will consist of five training areas where some of the biggest names in the business will host special group training sessions. A stage & screen for Q&A sessions, an autograph zone where fans can meet their favourite fighters and exhibition stands for merchandise will also feature.
