Hector Lombard is looking for a new rival after Brian Stann was forced out of their UFC on Fox 4 meeting on Wednesday.

Stann had been set to welcome Lombard for his UFC debut in the August 4 main event. Lombard arrives having not lost in his last 25 fights.

However, MMA Fighting reports that Stann has damaged a shoulder. The injury is not believed to be worthy of surgery, but will keep him out of action for up to two months.

The UFC is yet to offer official word on the issue, meaning Lombard must wait patiently to discover the identity of his new opponent.

Many of the division's top welterweights are tied up, with Chael Sonnen fighting Anderson Silva, Michael Bisping meeting Tim Boetsch, Mark Munoz slated to clash with Chris Weidman, and Rich Franklin on collision course with Wanderlei Silva.

Vitor Belfort, if recovered in time from a hand injury, could be a potential option.
