Anderson Silva gets aggressive with Sonnen at weigh-in

Anderson Silva walked directly up to Chael Sonnen at Friday's weigh-ins and aimed a short shoulder strike at the challenger ahead of their UFC 148 main event this weekend.

Silva and Sonnen square off for the UFC middleweight title in Saturday's main event, in what is a rematch of their first meeting at UFC 117. Back then Silva came out on top, but only after suffering the biggest beating he has experienced inside the Octagon.

Having both made weight with some ease, the hugely anticipated square-off took place. Silva first appeared like he would look past Sonnen, as he has in the past, but suddenly he jerked his shoulder into the face of the American, sending the crowd into raptures.

"I don't respect Chael. Chael respects nothing, he doesn't respect the UFC, tomorrow we fight," roared Silva.
