Rampage Jackson claims he is willing to fight Glover Teixeira after the dangerous light-heavyweight called him out in his post-fight interview on Saturday.

Teixeira produced another dominant and vicious performance at UFC 153, forcing the doctor stoppage of Fabio Maldonado after two brutal rounds in Rio. Victory takes him a step closer to a light-heavyweight title shot at Jon Jones, but Teixeira wants more fights to build his fanbase before that lucrative showdown.

Instead, he wants to fight Rampage, the man he was originally slated to face in Brazil before Rampage's withdrawal. Teixeira insists he respects Jackson, but has been disappointed by the smack talk being done by the American away from the Octagon.

"I'd like to fight Quinton Jackson, he's talking a load of crap about me. I never talked sh*t about him," Teixeira said.

"He's my idol, I loved that guy in Pride. He said I was talking bad about him, but I wasn't, he's talking bad about me. Step in the ring with me, I'll fight anyone."

Rampage later accepted the challenge, tweeting: "Get ready for the old Rampage, my next opponent is getting hurt. And I really hope it's that big mouth Glover."
