Rashad Evans v Little Nog reported for February

Rashad Evans is being linked to a February light-heavyweight bout with Antonio Rogerio Nogueira.

SporTV initially reported the bout, and there is growing belief that the UFC will soon officially confirm the fight for Super Bowl weekend.

Evans is looking to rebuild in the 205lb division after he was beaten by champion Jon Jones, and a battle with Nogueira makes plenty of sense.

Lyoto Machida had been Evans' ideal choice for his next opponent, but the Dragon appears to be heading for Dan Henderson.

Nogueira is coming off the most impressive win of his UFC career against Tito Ortiz, and holds notable wins over Henderson and Alistair Overeem.
