Hendricks wants fans to ambush White over GSP v Diaz

Johny Hendricks called for fans to show their disgust on Thursday after UFC president Dana White revealed Georges St-Pierre's next opponent will be Nick Diaz.

White revealed at Thursday's UFC on Fox 5 press conference that St-Pierre had expressed a desire to fight Diaz, and that the UFC would therefore be making that bout in the coming months.

The president said that potential showdowns with middleweight champion Anderson Silva or No. 1 contender Hendricks would have to be put on ice, because St-Pierre rarely asks for an opponent.

Diaz barely deserves such a chance, having lost his last fight to Carlos Condit, and he is currently serving a suspension that runs until February. Hendricks, who is on a five-fight win streak, clearly feels aggrieved and has called on others to rise up against the decision.

"Asking all fans to let Dana White know you don't agree. GSP says he wants Diaz next. Dana White says 'that's probably the fight we'll make'", Hendricks tweeted.

"I don't really know what to say but please Dana White give me a shot at Georges St-Pierre. If you want a fight I will give him anything he can take."
