Hulk to tackle Miocic at UFC 161

The UFC has moved swiftly to secure a return fight for Soa 'the Hulk' Palelei, as he will take on Stipe Miocic in June.

It was announced this week that Palelei had put his name to a four-fight contract, marking his return to UFC for the first time since losing to Eddie Sanchez in 2007.

And his return to the Octagon will come against Miocic at UFC 161 on June 15.

Miocic will enter the heavyweight contest in Winnipeg with something to prove, as his most recent fight was the first loss of his professional career - a TKO at the hands of Stefan Struve in September.

The UFC 161 card is starting to take shape, with confirmation Jake Shields will drop down to welterweight to take on Tyron Woodley.

Two fights at light-heavyweight have also been pencilled in, with Antonio Rogerio Nogueira taking on Mauricio Rua and Dan Henderson fighting Rashad Evans.
