White wants f*****g alien Penn to retire

UFC president Dana White has urged BJ Penn to retire for the sake of his health.

Penn is one of the biggest names in the sport, but he has lost his last two fights and taken severe punishment in the process.

The 34-year-old said after his loss to Rory McDonald that he has no intention of walking away from UFC, but White feels the time has come to turn for Penn to turn his back on the Octagon.

"I want BJ Penn to retire," White is quoted as saying by Bloody Elbow. "BJ is too tough for his own good. BJ might not be knocked out, but the shots he took would've knocked out a normal human being."

"He's had his head bounced off the canvas like a basketball by Matt Hughes, by Georges St-Pierre, and then Rory just did it to him. BJ Penn has left the octagon looking like a f*****g alien.

"BJ Penn absorbs every amount of punishment you give him. He's taken a lot of damage, and I don't want to see him take anymore."
