UFC 121: Lesnar v Velasquez will take place at the Honda Center in Anaheim, California, United States, on October 23, 2010.

The event is headlined by a UFC heavyweight championship clash between Brock Lesnar and the undefeated Cain Velasquez. Also on the card, Jake Shields makes his UFC debut against Martin Kampmann in the welterweight division.
