Dana White chose not to award a Knockout of the Night bonus at UFC 119, and later warned Frank Mir that he risks being cut by the UFC.

White was furious after Saturday's main event, which saw Mir and Mirko Cro Cop spend prolonged periods against the cage, before Mir brought 14 minutes of tedium to an end with a late knockout.

As the only KO of the night, Mir would usually have been guaranteed the $70,000 cheque for knockout of the night, but White decided the former heavyweight champion did not deserve it. And in a double blow for Mir, the UFC president went on to suggest Mir may not have a long future in his organisation.

"I have no clue about Frank. To talk the stuff he does, and then fight like he fought, that's a little frustrating," White told ESPN.com. "Once Cro Cop stuffed his takedown attempt, his heart fell out on the floor. If Frank Mir can't bully you, his heart shrinks to the size of the Grinch's. If he can't take you down, his heart shrinks to the size of a pea.

Asked if there is a possibility that a similar performance could see Mir cut in the future, White said: "Sure. You really, really need to show up and deliver. This is a job… You go to your job and don't perform; what will happen?"
