Anderson Silva let his eyes do the talking during Wednesday's UFC 126 pre-fight press conference, responding with largely one-word answers before showing what Saturday's bout truly meant to him in an electric staredown with Vitor Belfort.

Silva does not go in for trash talk, largely telling the media that Saturday's fight will be just like his seven previous title defences. However, the UFC middleweight champion will know more than anybody that there has never been such coverage from his native Brazil, and president Dana White has no worries over Silva's lack of enthusiasm in the build-up to the weekend.

"We just sat through 30 minutes of s***, in my opinion," White said. "I think the whole, 'This doesn't mean anything; it's just another fight,' [isn't true]. Let me tell you how big this fight is in Brazil. These guys live in Brazil. This fight is huge. It's all anybody is talking about there.

"As far as Anderson Silva, he's got the [UFC] record for consecutive wins. He's going for number 14. He's going for his eighth consecutive title defence. He wins this fight, and he's looking at a possible superfight that would be the biggest fight we've ever done.

"For Vitor Belfort to come in now and get an opportunity to beat this guy at this point in his career, there's a ton of pressure on both guys - not only for what's at stake but for where they come from and how big this fight is down there. The 30 minutes of s*** we just listened to, none of it's true."

White is still planning to get Silva in the same Octagon as welterweight king Georges St-Pierre if both men win their next fights, although he warned fans it will be a logistical nightmare due to the sheer size of the event.

"When you start thinking about an Anderson Silva-GSP fight, you could do that anywhere," White said on MMA Junkie. "But it would be tough not to do the thing in Canada.

"We could do Canada, and we could do Brazil, too. We could do Las Vegas, and it would be big. We could do Dallas, and it would be big. We could do the Staples Center, and it would be big.

"There are so many obstacles in the way of this happening. It's something that's cool to talk about, but until it becomes a reality, I have no idea what we do or how we do it."
