UFC 130 Countdown: Frank Mir vs Roy Nelson

Both Frank Mir and Roy Nelson came in five pounds under the limit at the weigh-in ahead of their heavyweight clash on Saturday at UFC 130.

Both men tipped the scales at 260 pounds - something of a surprise as they had fought at vastly different weights in previous bouts.

Nelson checked in at 263 pounds for his last fight at UFC 117, while Mir was just 252 pounds when he fought Mirko Cro Cop at UFC 119.

Indeed, perhaps the most notable aspect of the weigh-in was Nelson's attire - as he wore green and pink ribbons in his hair to show support for 'Going Green for Pink', a charity initiative that asks people to recycle their electronics to help the fight against breast cancer.

All 20 fighters on the ticket for UFC 130 in Las Vegas successfully made the weight, with Quinton 'Rampage' Jackson and Matt Hamill both measuring up at 205 pounds ahead of their eagerly anticipated light-heavyweight contest.

"It's a big opportunity for me," Hamill said. "It's huge for my career. I've got to thank Rampage. I knew from day one, he didn't want to fight me.

"I just had to hope he would because it's going to be a good fight."
