Newly-crowned TUF 13 champion Tony Ferguson has called out TUF 7 winner Amir Sadollah for his next fight in the UFC, although he admits his future will take him to the lightweight division.

Ferguson won the $100,000 UFC contract with a huge knockout of Ramsey Nijem in the TUF 13 Finale, and he showed enough in the previous three minutes and 54 seconds to suggest he will trouble plenty of established names in the welterweight division.

First up, if Ferguson gets his way, will be Sadollah, who similarly boasts a good mix of boxing and ground skills.

"I saw Amir Sadollah, and I know that he was a pretty big guy from The Ultimate Fighter," Ferguson said. "I think that would be a pretty good little start, right there."

UFC president Dana White will no doubt be extremely excited to have found a 170-pounder who can mix it in multiple facets of a fight, but Ferguson may not be sticking around the welterweight scene for long, revealing he would be happy at 155lbs.

"Lightweight is in my future," Ferguson said. "Wherever Dana wants me to fight. I wrestled in college at 165. But I'm comfortable where I'm at right now. I like food. I like eating. I could see myself going to lightweight, but I love welterweight."

Nijem, who had entered Saturday's fight with arguably the more impressive track record, confessed he simply did not see the fight-ending punch coming.

"I was ready to take the fight wherever I needed to and felt very prepared for it," Nijem said. "That shot caught me completely off guard. If he didn't land that, then who knows what would have happened. I was starting to rush things and I got myself in trouble, and it gave Tony the opportunity he needed to get the win."
