Mike Phillips and Gethin Jenkins are among 15 players who have been released by Wales to play for their clubs this weekend.

Phillips will link up with Bayonne and Jenkins could feature for Toulon this weekend while James Hook (Perpignan) and Lee Byrne (Clermont Auvergne) will also return to play in the French Top 14 as per the IRB regulations.

Paul James (Bath), Craig Mitchell (Exeter Chiefs) and Olly Kohn (Harlequins) are also required to join up with their clubs while eight players will head back to their Welsh Regions. Josh Turnbull and Liam Williams will be in contention for the Scarlets against Munster. Scott Andrews, Lou Reed, Josh Navidi and Andries Pretorius could feature for the Blues against Edinburgh and Alun Wyn Jones and James King are set to play for Ospreys against Connacht.

Wales's next Six Nations clash is against Italy on Saturday February 23.
